Here are some pics of the Street Rod demonstrator. Look at the nice stainless steel handbrake, the usual led lights, and,.... OK the very Obliging Young Lady. She just appeared when I was doing the photo shoot and asked if it was ok to have her picture taken on the trike!! Did I need asking twice?  Anyway, if you are looking at these pics OYL, please get in touch as I ought to have your permission to use these pics...

Anyway, now available for demo rides, the trike that is....

First pics of Keith's MotorTrike conversion. Attracting the attention of young Holly who has recently achieved the ripe old age of two!! The first words she learned were mo'bike and yellow - so she was somewhat overwhelmed at this!!

Here it is under construction - note the MMC trademark  led's on the front of the mudguards.

Clear led rear lights too - note the large boot/trunk whatever....

This pic gives a good idea of the construction of the rear end - you can see how the original belt is being used and the air rear suspension units

Compressor to operate the rear suspension

Reverse gear being installed and also handbrake

A few pics of our trip to the US in March '08. We bought a 1948 Ford F1 and drove it 2500 miles from Dallas, Texas to Jacksonville, Florida. In 2 weeks! Oh, it does have a Chevy 383 v8 and auto box, air con, etc... It is currently in storage awaiting a few bits so I can have it ready to hit the road in the spring. A really great little truck. Offers invited! This does prove, contrary to popular opinion that I do get out occasionally........

Here is how you do an led job on a front fender,eh?

OK. A few pics of Tommy's Trike. Now, many of you will have seen this wonderful thing before, but for those who haven't - have a good look while I give you a few details. Note the err semi slick/ legal tyres and the smoothie rear rims.... the led lamps in the mudguards, that nice logo on the side panel made by me! Oh the electric cover engraved just for him.... the rear axle made here etc etc. Just enjoy.....  Update for this year!  Now wearing a Mikuni HSR42 (as are all the sensible people), more go, better starting, etc etc

I found this old pic recently.... Just a great pic of an old friend passed on a few years ago. She was a real character.....  RIP Alley Cat.

Paul's Buell S2. Very rare machine - only half a dozen in the country. These were the first bikes built under the Buell/Harley partnership. Just re done the paintwork. Now for some extra power!!

Now, I'd like to tell you a story.... Denis Newman is a retired fireman. He wanted to buy a Harley Roadking special firefighters edition. They wouldn't sell him one. Bollocks he said. I said, go and buy a RoadKing and leave the rest to us. Here's the result. Nothing too special you might think. Look at the pipc of the tank.... that is not a sticker... that is painted on, yes, you'd better believe it!! Some bit of painting,eh? As I said nothing is too difficult here at MMC.  Denis is pleased. To put it mildly!!

pettigrew 1.jpg (88517 bytes)       pettigrew 2.jpg (71294 bytes)      pettigrew 3.jpg (66828 bytes)      pettigrew 4.jpg (97249 bytes)

That old geezer grinning inanely is Pete Pettigrew. He's a sad old thing, but one of my longest suffering customers, so I'd better be nice to him. Oh, too late.... Anyway, remember the Scotster? Did that about 9/10 years ago. Well here it is reincarnated. New front end (pity we can't do the same for you eh, Pete?) an SJP wideglide kit with some later forks. New oil tank, new starter, and a coat of paint - this is what he really wanted last time but I wouldn't let him!!  Anyway, look at the quality of the painting, the nice details and the silly grin..... When you next see him, go up to him and say, 'hey aren't you the sad old git from Eastbourne?' He likes that.... err... perhaps...

Now here's a little story..... I had an email, well several in fact from a guy in the States who reckoned that Pete Pettigrew was his second cousin. No way said Pete. So the emails continued.... This guy knew a Pete Pettigrew who went to University in the States and went on to join the Navy to fly aircraft, Top Gun type of thing. Hmm.. not like our Pete.. anyway he went on to become something of a hero, and in the Top Gun film the part played by Tom Cruise was loosely based on Pete Pettigrew, the other one - not the sad old git from Eastbourne. Come to mention it, I don't s'pose there have been too many Top Gun types coming from Eastbourne have there? Top Zimmer perhaps, Lager Top even, Top Auto Solvol..... Anyway, in the film there is a scene where Pete Petigrew (the Yank) appears as "old man in bar" ahhh! That's a more accurate portrayal of our Pete!!!!  Oh how we laffed!!!

Kev's bike. A very shiny Heritage. New suspension from Progressive, new tyres and service, lots of Kuryakyn bits... just look and imagine all that polishing!!!!
